JJ was born and raised in Lexington, KY and surrounding area. One of the homes she lived in growing up was built in the civil war era. It was in this home that she had her first paranormal experience. Growing up, her parents and her grandmother were open-minded when it came to the paranormal so she was comfortable discussing her experiences with her family. In doing so, she learned that both her mother and her grandmother also had past experiences with the supernatural. This sparked an early interest in paranormal research for JJ, which continues to this day.

JJ went on to earn a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and following that, a nursing degree. She has been an RN in critical care and emergency medicine, as well as recovery room and interventional radiology for the past 13 years. Currently, she works in one of the busiest trauma centers in one of the worst parts of LA where there is a lot of gang violence. However, she finds it to be a very challenging and great experience as the patients who come there really need help.

Aside from her nursing career, she has continued to pursue her interest in the paranormal and has conducted paranormal research throughout her life since her teeanage years. Although she researches all aspects of the paranormal, in the last 10 years, the main focus of her research and study has been in the area of spiritual warfare. She is well-read on the subject of demonology and the evil aspects of this world and the world we cannot see. She believes it is to be respected and not to be taken lightly. She has helped many people with paranormal issues of a religious/spiritual nature and feels she making a difference. She recently had the unique opportunity to join the paranormal team MONSTERVISIONTV in which she is able to further her career in the paranormal field by helping others on a much larger scale. She joined MONSTERVISIONTV because she believes in the vision of MVTV’s creator and producer, Stephen Lancaster in which there is a no-nonsense/no-frills approach to researching and investigating the paranormal as you see with other groups. MONSTERVISIONTV’s motto is to Educate. Not Fabricate. Viewers never have to wonder if what they see portrayed on any of MVTV’s investigations is legitimate. MonstervisionTV will not ever show anything but the truth.

JJ currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her husband, her 2 dogs and her first baby on the way. She will be relocating to NC this summer where she will join the MonstervisionNC team.
